Re-enrollment will be required, and a new Mobile App will need to be downloaded.

Will I have to enroll in the new Online/Mobile Banking platform?
Yes, after the upgrade on February 22, 2023, it will be necessary for you to re-enroll. You can enroll either from our website at alternatives.org, or by downloading the new Mobile Banking app.
Note: Your current mobile app will not function after the upgrade.
Can I use my current username and password when I re-enroll in the new platform?
When you re-enroll, you can use the same username unless that username is already in use. When setting your new password, it can be the same as your current password, as long as it meets our new password complexity requirements.

- Member Number. Your account/member number appears on your statements.
- Phone number on file

When available, download the latest version of the mobile app to your phone or mobile device from the App Store® or Google Play.™
